From Exeter, take the A38 Devon Expressway. Take the B3352 exit near Ashburton marked "PEARTREE" (not the earlier LINHAY exit). Just before the actual exit, there is a secondary sign for "Landscove”. On leaving the slip road, bear immediately left, back up a hill signed "Landscove 2½ miles". Follow this road to Landscove.
As you enter Landscove, you pass by "Hill House Nursery" with a church on the right. Continue a few hundred yards into the village. On your right is a small green (Woolston Green). On your left is a cream-coloured hall "Victory Hall". Turn left here at the sign to "Blackler Barton, Gullaford Farm".
Drive about 50 yards down the road, which then splits left and right. Continue down the right side following the sign to "Long Acre" "Boo Down", "Blackler Barton House" etc. (The left fork goes to the actual farm.) We are about 400 yards down this private road. Your satnav could be confused at this point looking for TQ13 7LZ as it may not recognise the private road. Ignore it and do not "turn around when possible"!

From Totnes, take the A385 and drive about 1 mile towards Dartington village. At the roundabout in Dartington (next to the Dartington Cider Works shopping area on your right), take the road to “Exeter, Ashburton, Buckfastleigh” (A384). After 1 mile, you reach an area called “Huxom’s Cross”. Turn right towards “Staverton Bridge”, with signs also to “Sea Trout Inn” and “Hill House Nursery”. After ½ mile, at the bottom of the hill, you will cross a picturesque bridge over the Dart River and the railway line for the Totnes/Buckfastleigh tourist train. Turn right towards Staverton, and drive for a few hundred yards but do not enter the village. Instead take a left fork signed “Hillcroft” “Landscove”. Follow this road for about 1½ miles to Landscove. As you enter Landscove, you pass by the “Live and Let Live Pub”. After about 20 yards, on your right is a cream-coloured hall "Victory Hall".
